Achieve Success Achieve Success Fitness Consultancy offers many different services, from Yoga and Pilate's classes to Personal Fitness Training and Sports Massage Therapy. However, all of our services have one common goal and this is to:

Increase quality of life

This may be achieved by:

  • Relieving back pain through the participation of Pilate's classes.
  • Achieving mind body and soul relaxation through our Yoga classes.
  • Achieving weight loss through our weight management programme.
  • Achieving increased fitness levels, be it strength, stamina or suppleness through personal training programmes.
  • Or to relieve tense, tired or over stressed muscles with sports / remedial massage therapy.

Most people know that to increase their quality of life, health and fitness, they need to participate in exercise at least three times a week and eat a healthy diet.

However, what most people struggle with is:

  1. How to fit 3 training sessions into an already busy lifestyle
  2. What type of exercise is best
  3. What exactly is 'healthy' eating as there are so many conflicting diets out there

At Achieve Success we look at you as an individual, we find out your health or physical limitations, if any. What you enjoy doing and don't enjoy doing with regards to exercise. What you enjoy eating, and dislike. We then taylor an interesting and individual exercise programme for you. With the emphasis on learning how to do the exercises correctly, and teaching you why these exercises are important and what they will do for you!

Who are we?

Dawn Morse Achieve Success

Dawn has been actively working in the fitness industry since 1997 and has a BSc (Hons) degree in Sports and Exercise Science, specialising in:

  • Nutrition
  • Strength training
  • Sport and health psychology
  • Exercise physiology
  • Elderly, pregnancy and childhood fitness training
Dawn is also a qualified I.I.H.H.T sports / remedial and body massage therapist, personal trainer and fitness instructor, and is a member of the International Council of Health, Fitness and Sports Therapists.

Prior to forming Achieve Success fitness consultancy, Dawn has worked for many Gyms, fitness centres and health clubs, both as a fitness consultant and personal trainer. Dawn is qualified by the Pilates Institute in London to teach mat based Pilates, and is qualified by Yogawise to teach fitness yoga.

Additionaly, Dawn has completed a 200 hours teacher training Ashtanga Yoga course with Brian Copper from Union Yoga which is acredited by the Internaltion Yoga Federation.
