Name Pilates For Complete Beginners - Monday Course
This SIX week, Mat based Pilates Corse, will start on Monday 5th January.

This course is designed to teach you the basics of Pilates, enabling you to learn the Pilates technique in a small and slow class environment.

Neutral Spine, Pilates Breathing and engagement of Core muscles will be covered during the course.

This class is limited to 12 people course.
